She focuses on healing yoga practices, hand poke tattoo rituals, and teaching language classes. Kat’s work connects self-care with self-development, fostering creativity and expression as pathways for personal and cultural growth.

Kaela
Kaela is a dedicated student of herbal medicine with a deep passion for plants and their potential to enhance well-being. At Held, she shares her knowledge through various herbal medicine workshops, creating custom tea blends tailored to individual needs. Kaela also manages the medicinal plant garden, cultivating a space where the healing power of nature thrives. Her work is driven by a commitment to improving quality of life through the wisdom of plants.

Saffron
Saffron discovered yoga during a challenging time in her life and, after deepening her practice through studies in India, has since taught in countries like Mexico, India, Sri Lanka, and Portugal. Her teaching philosophy is centered on creating a nurturing and safe space for students, offering them the opportunity to pause, reflect, and connect with themselves. Saffron believes in the power of silence and introspection, allowing her students to turn inward and discover their own spark of bliss.

Lynn
Lynn was introduced to yoga as a child and later dedicated herself to daily practice, finding deep healing during a challenging period in her life. Specializing in Hatha and Yin Yoga, she teaches yoga as a self-healing modality, encouraging students to take the lessons learned in class and integrate them into their personal practice. Lynn’s greatest desire is to empower others to use yoga as a tool for self-discovery and well-being.
